Antics of Mr. Pickle and Mr. Joy

You are right Penny--Pickle is NOT going to explain what he did. Isn't this an eye-opener though? You would think he had something to hide.

Then the Administrator, Daryl Fawcett, removed the whole thread and took it to the private section where a few more abusive words were said by Mr. Joy to GrandmaNettie, putting her down, judging her character and trashing her with words ad hominem...it was bad enough that I realized GrandmaNettie got too close to the truth and was paying for it.

Then after this abusive post by Joy, the Administrator, Daryl Fawcett, closed the thread. Oh wait, he closed it but will let Snoopy get her last word in--he must think GrandmaNettie needs another tongue-lashing. He must have thought Joy's abuse wasn't good enough. maybe heaping more on GN might help.

The editorial monloque here is amusing. Let me dare tell the story here for clarification. I understand your prejudice sees red at every post, but here are the facts that got poor Grandma Nettie in trouble:

Grandma Asserts he stood at the door and was annoying.

And the problem with that is what?

Those of us he has put his sights on and who have been called, emailed, and even been harassed in that way have no problem understanding that this was indeed the case. Just look at the barrage of emails he he kept sending Danny Shelton, Hal Steenson, Dr Thompson etc.. and he himself published them and saw nothing wrong with his behavior. The man doesn't give up or give in and doesn't respect people's requests to stop, and every question contains so many accusations also. ASI tried in vain to get it to stop. Two 3abn Attorneys have already warned him about doing that in emails to them. The Judge even had to order him to leave the litigants alone and stop contacting them. You know that is true as he keeps complaining about that on the forums. In this case he actually went to the door of a ex wife looking for dirt, and you think that wasn't annoying at the very least? puleez..

Pickle's report, who was not alone by the way, is that the Ex Wife did speak to him via the intercom but did not want to discuss the issues because the children were up and with her. The Ex Wife then gave Mr Pickle a contact number and asked him to call her later and she would answer his questions.

Mr. Pickle did contact her later, again was not alone, and asked her a series of questions, which she voluntarilly answered and gave additional information on occasion, as is typical of any interview. The primary question, regarding whether or not she knew I had had any influence over her ex husbands' firing was answered with reasonable detail and it was made clear to Mr. Pickle why it should be clear that we did not have anything to do with his firing.

There were a number of other statements that primarilly address the issue of the veracity of the Ex Husband and the reasons for the divorce, all of which are not relevant here or anywhere else and have never been addressed until Grandma Nettie made the clear error of challenging based on a third party source (even asserts she has a reporters privilege, which is a real step forward).

Grandma Nettie's problem is that she asserts that:
1) Pickle was harrasing at the door;
2) the daughter thought he was an "evil angel";
3) That Pickle then harrassed the witness further.

Frankly, she volunteered her number, and then volunteered information without reservation.

Now, you can accept, reject or otherwise analyse, but those are the facts.

NO, those aren't the facts. You weren't there, and you may believe what you say, but that is your opinion and view and needs to be stated as such on this forum, and not expressed as if it is a unquestionable and undebatable fact which all should bow to.

I disagree with you, and don't believe "Pickle's version" and my opinion, and view and position is based on
the following:

1.) Pickles tactics and methods, which are posted all over the forums and internet now, and whom many have a problem with, even those who are critics of 3abn or don't support 3abn. Pickles actions and tactics as related by G'ma Nettie fit his profile.

2.) I don't believe much out of his mouth. Pickle has a history of misrepresenting and misreporting things which are said and done. He twists them and constantly puts his opinions of things in others mouths and claims they said it, and put himself in a good light. I am quite sure he is doing the same thing in telling his version of these events. There is no reason for him to suddenly act out of character.

3. ) In addition the woman is not known to do or be like that, and her story, which hasn't changed, is very different then the one you give here. And although she did not know about all these issues in regards to 3abn nor who Pickle was and had no axe to grind, she was concerned about his visit enough to call two different people immediately after this incident and tell them what had happened, and what was said which they can verify. The young girl was also a witness, and has the same story, and she did not say Pickle was an evil angel she said the way he looked while trying to gain access was just like one. And yes that kind of thing can be, and was frightening to her. Also a young man was present and he and his mother when asked both verified the following.

1 Pickle was the only person at the door at all times the event occurred

2.She did not offer her number, Pickle requested it and she told him no at first, then acquiesced. She would not have offered it unless he requested.

3. He called on the phone immediately and spoke with her via phone for another ten minutes - STILL standing by the front door

4. She offered no information in regards to her ex's job, she refused more than once to discuss his job information. (He left his job by choice, and was not fired btw)

5. She did say that 3ABN had nothing to do with the divorce

6. As far as your "veracity" claims, she made no statements that could be construed to be comments about her ex's veracity -

By the way, I have apologized to Grandma Nettie before and would do it again if I were proven wrong. I have a good deal of respect for all the Mahta Hari's of the world. They are always useful sources.

Well, that is the view from the bunker and keep up the great analysis!!!

IMO, you do owe Grandma Nettie an apology, or more than one.. but I also think she is one of your casualties of war, and apologies need to come from the heart or mean nothing. Also, maybe you should get out of "the bunker" now? The only war here is your team's doing, and you could move to end it or negotiate a cease fire at any time as it is a unwanted and unnecessary war. And... well... historically it hasn't turned out well for aggressors who hide in bunkers...
