Re: Squelching Rumors
You try to squelch one rumor and tell the truth and Pickle will bring up 20 more or continue to repeat the old ones until one wants to puke.
Robert Jude Pickle sits up high on his big judgment throne and presumes he knows what Gregory Simpson, Attorney at Law is thinking. Pickle must think he is a god to have those kinds of powers. Wow, he even knows the "motives" of Attorney Simpson. In the Bible it is called "judging."
Really people--please listen to reason: Pickle does not know how to read minds nor does he know anything about 3ABN. He has admitted he's never been in the presence of Brenda Walsh and folks, he hasn't even set foot on the grounds of 3ABN nor has he met Jim Gilley, Danny Shelton or Dr. Thompson. He knows nothing about how 3ABN operates.
And so because those who work at 3ABN stand up for the good work they are doing, Pickle thinks they ought to be disciplined by the Church? These are people he has never met or talked to in person. What PROOF do you have of them breaking the ten commandments? GIVE YOUR PROOF, not just worthless accusations.
Pickle has continually broken the NINTH commandment himself (THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS) because he has been told over and over the TRUTH--but he continues to lie and break that commandment. Maybe you need to direct your thoughts to your own eternal salvation and contemplate if you are right with the Lord because your fruits show otherwise.

Re: Squelching Rumors
Isn't it interesting that pickle says Ronnie spread the rumor that the IRS cleared 3ABN and Danny in June of 2008?
This being August 2011, isn't it also interesting that he still acts as though 3ABN has lied about the case being dismissed? Gj claims to be a reporter. Pickle seems to think he knows all the answers about people he has never met. I suppose in his mind he also sees himself as a great investigator. Then why has it been over 3 years since Ronnie's claim that the case against 3ABN was dismissed and pickle and joy has not been able to prove Ronnie wrong? The answer is easy. Because they can't prove. I will submit to you that they know very good and well that the case was dismissed without DS or 3ABN paying one red cent to the Government. But if they are truthful with their tiny audience they are afraid they will lose some credibility and people will see them for the liars they are.

Isn't it interesting that Galion A. Joy has thrown in with the Tea Party Movement which is filled with 33 degree Freemasons . . . and we know the connection between Freemasons and all of the other Luciferian worshipers. Wonder which level of Masonry he has achieved? The Tea Party movement is the current safe haven for Freemasons, Jesuits, and all of those in contradiction to the true message of the Third Angel and Christ.
Wonder how he will twist his way out of this one. GAJoy . . . how long have you been a Freemason and have you kept your copy of Morals and Dogma secreted under your pillow so that no one else might gain hold of it?

Uncovering truth--I didn't know this about the tea party. Do you possibly have a link or something that says this about the tea party? The reason I ask is because I know someone who is a part of the tea party and I don't think she is a mason or knows they are involved in it. I'm very sure she would not want to be a part of the tea party if she knew about freemasons being involved.uncovering truth wrote:Isn't it interesting that Galion A. Re: Squelching Rumors
As posted elsewhere on the Internet:
O.K. Back in 1773, or whatever year the Tea Party took place, some partlicipants were Masons. I think those have probably died off by now. Some of the original Tea Party members in Boston were Masons as a Lodge met in same tavern. But there is no evidence that the original Boston Tea Party was planned by or connected with this Masonic Lodge. Discussion on religious or political differences has no place in any Regular Lodge of Masonry. Freemasonry instead promotes the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man with men of every color, creed, political and religious persuasion, economic status, and nationality. Freemasonry is a uniting movement not a divisive one!

Re: Squelching Rumors
Hello Robert Pickle;
Do you know the difference between "kickbacks" and "royalties" ?
Here's are defintions to show the difference:
Kickbacks: an illegal, secret payment made in return for a referral which resulted in a transaction or contract.
http://www.investorwords.com/2695/kickback.html
Royalties: A royalty is a percentage of gross or net profit or a fixed amount per sale to which a creator of a work is entitled which is agreed upon in a contract between the creator and the manufacturer, publisher, agent and/or distributor.
http://definitions.uslegal.com/r/royalties/
Danny Shelton received a set royalty payment from the sale of his books. And why not--most people get paid for their work. This was an agreed upon contract with Remnant Publishing.

Re: Squelching Rumors
So what happens in a IRS criminal investigation? Please read below:
What Happens In IRS Criminal Prosecutions
You'll know you have IRS issues if you open your door and the person identifies himself as a special agent from the Criminal Investigation Division or CID. Special Enforcement and General Enforcement are 2 arms of the IRS police department. Special Enforcement investigates organized crime, drugs, and unions. General Enforcement gets common taxpayers and others.
You do not really have to be the one under investigation to be contacted by the CID. It could be anybody you know. Do not lie and be careful with dealing with the CID as 80% of all crimes are prosecuted through their thorough investigation and you may unwittingly lead them back to you.
If you are the person being investigated, do not answer any queries from the CID. Contact your lawyer right away as soon as they are gone. Don't seek information about the investigation from the IRS. Let your lawyer contact them.
If the CID can prove your guilt without a doubt, you can be prosecuted. Otherwise, you may get away with civil penalties.
You would be investigated because you:
filed a false tax return.
failed to file a tax return.
evaded taxes.
If the CID recommends prosecution, an assistant U.S. Attorney General from the Justice Department will review and take your case. If the IRS seeks a federal grand jury indictment against you, you'll be formally charged and ordered to go before a federal judge or be arrested. You can plea not guilty or guilty, and possibly be released on your own recognizance or post bail.
The case will go to trial when you plead not guilty. It might be with a judge or a full jury. The IRS must give evidence that you are guilty of the crimes as charged, beyond a reasonable doubt. You will be incarcerated in a federal prison if convicted of a tax crime. If you end up reaching a plea bargain you'll probably just be fined and/or put on probation, given home confinement, or ordered to stay in a halfway house. Prosecution costs will have to be paid by you. The average time you will serve for a tax crime is 2 years.

So people--did Danny Shelton go to trial? no. Did the IRS find anything in which to charge 3ABN with? No. Was DS or 3ABN put in a federal prison? No--you're still seeing him on TV. Was a plea deal reached? No. Were they fined? no. Civil penalties? No. Was he given home confinement or ordered to stay in a halfway house? NO NO NO!!!
What part of NO do some not understand?
...later taters....

johann, is this how a retired pastor talks? you have outdone yourself in the ridicule department over the last several years. Is this what the seminary taught you? is this how christians are to treat others? Is this what seventh-day adventists taught you?
of course it is, as you represent them. you are supposed to be a representative for God to all people. love your enemies.
(pretend there are a dozen throw-up emoticons here). I am literally puking my dinner up.
