One thing for certain is that I will be interested in the result of that appeal.

I did not word that right.
Is there an appeal to the appeal they lost regarding having some of their expenses covered?
i was surprised over their big legal bill for going per se, wondering if they got bad legal advise or they ignored good legal advise.

Before the Judge dismissed the lawsuit, in response to Pickle and Joy's arguments in that status conference, he told them they could file a motion for costs. They did so, and after review he denied their motion giving his reasons for doing so. Those documents are here: http://www.3atalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=9 ... &sk=t&sd=a
On the 27th of April, Pickle and Joy filed a Motion with the court for the Judge to reconsider or amend several things in addition to him reconsidering or amending his (the Court's) decision regarding their motion for costs. You can read those documents here: http://www.3atalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=9 ... sd=a#p1867
Yesterday 3abn filed their opposition to that motion. That documents is quoted here: http://www.3atalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=9 ... 1868#p1868
The Judges order is still pending.

I'm not sure what the problem is here in regards to your blanks..Stan wrote:those are all coming up blanks for me..
If it is the links which are a problem for you, instead of using them just go to the PACER sub forum here and then look for the 3 newest posts in the "Massachusetts motion to dismiss lawsuit" topic. They were all posted today.
If it is the documents themselves- you may need to update your pdf reader???
