JUDGMENT
Entered: May 10, 2011
Defendants challenge a voluntary dismissal order and the denial of various post-dismissal
motions. Having carefully reviewed the parties' submissions and the record, we conclude that there
was no abuse of discretion in the district court's rulings, and we affirm the district court. Defendants'
allegations of judicial bias are without merit. All pending motions, including the parties' motions
for sanctions, are denied.
