Sister/Kris Fiscalini wrote this unkind post on AT:

"Well, the answer is a resounding, "No." I asked a friend last night, who is attending the ASI convention and very familiar with 3ABN, if there is any talking about the IRS investigation publically or around the 3ABN booth. He said, "As far as the IRS situation with 3ABN I have heard absolutely nothing, in fact it is so silent you can hear the crickets chirping all the way north from T'ville..."

Here is anyman's answer to sister on AT that Snoopy decided to remove. What a shame to remove it--I thought it was important!!

Now why in the world would they remove this post? It tells the truth. But you see folks, AdventTalk tries to hide the truth by banning those posts that TELL the truth. They say they don't want people revealed. But that is only a smokescreen--an excuse to ban people and their truthful posts.

Sister posted today at A**Talk: "Sera, Sister's reason's for not going to the ASI convention and Mrs. Fiscalini's reasons are very different. Mrs Fiscalini was not at ASI for two reasons: she is still walking on crutches after an accident she had a few months ago and secondly it was a business trip for her husband. He and another pastor were there on a business trip as representatives from the Swiss Conference. Neither of the two pastor's wives were with them.

I take my hat of to Sister. She is really good at this!

She was able to cast doubt on the fact that she is in fact Mrs. Fiscalini without outright lying. I presume the "obvious" reason she was referring to about not being at ASI was the certainty that she would be the recipient of some interesting papers from the 3ABN attorneys. Looks like it will be awhile before Sister can travel stateside.

Well Marv, that is what I think too. There are such things as sins of omission. It is sad to see it happening with sister.

I am willing to bet heavilly that Mrs Fiscalini does not fear any paperwork from 3ABN lawyers. She has Hutzpah you rarely see in SDA women, particularly pastor's wives.
And I would stand shoulder to shoulder with Mrs Fiscalini anytime. Real backbone in that lady and she will haunt Danny Lee Shelton and the unreformed 3ABN for some time.

Conveniently forgot the fact that she is in Switzerland? Ah, the "chutzpah" of that lady! Amazing how brave you can be when you're in Switzerland! Quite easy to "haunt" someone. But for that, one must be a "haunter". That describes her personality - [removed] Or have you forgotten the tales over at BSDA?

So does that mean that Fjarli was not there because he was avoiding Linda Sue Shelton's attorneys'...I understand after the Wall Walla, Washington incursion he met with what would be expected of one so eager to voice false rumors and can hardly talk now. Is that a judgement of the Lord or just coincidence?

And what will Brenda Walsh's reward be??? I am guessing the Lord has a plan for them all!!! When one is factually challenged there is a penalty...time will tell all!!!

I hear through the grapevine that Danny S. confronted Kris Fiscallini's husband when he saw him at ASI. Kudos to Danny is all I can say. To summarize: Danny ask how a pastor could let his wife behave in such a fashion as he knows she is telling lies and doing it in a nasty fashion. He also stated that she has NO inside information as they were at 3abn only a year and were not close to Danny or Linda.

Several people have told me that Linda couldn't stand Kris. I was also told by the church secretary at that time, that they were so busy causing trouble in the church they had time for little else.

If Kris thinks living in Switzerland saves her from the lawsuit she is mistaken as she is still a US citizen.
